Welcome to the PCMEA home page! PCMEA exists to provide talented young music students a special opportunity to participate in our yearly All-County Music Festivals.
Over twenty music teachers from Brewster, Carmel, Garrison, Haldane, Mahopac and Putnam Valley donate their time and expertise to organize, prepare and rehearse for many weeks to insure productive, fun and memorable experiences for our children.
PCMEA selects students for each group based on NYSSMA levels and scores, grade in school, instrumentation, fair district representation and teacher recommendation. Practice your NYSSMA solos and have fun at the NYSSMA festival!
Please remember that All-County participants must attend all rehearsals in their entirety to perform at the Saturday concert.
Due to certain fixed costs such as insurance, the purchase of music and guest conductor contracts, PCMEA registration fees are non-refundable.

Parents - we are trying to educate our young performers about proper concert behavior on and off the stage. Please plan to stay for the entire concert. All-County participants will report to the lobby at the conclusion of the concert.
